TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying and becoming a member of Photus Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

2. Eligibility

Photus Club membership is available to individuals over 21 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke memberships at our discretion.

3. Application Process

All applications are reviewed by our team. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on curation criteria that include shared values, potential contribution to the community and availability.

4. Payments and Fees

Membership fees are charged monthly and vary according to the selected tier. Payments are processed automatically through the registered payment method. Refunds are not applicable except in exceptional circumstances to be evaluated case by case.

5. Cancellation

Members can cancel their membership at any time with 30 days notice. Access to spaces and benefits ends at the end of the current billing period.

6. Code of Conduct

Members must respect all other members, staff and club spaces. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination or property destruction, may result in immediate suspension or expulsion without refund.

7. Privacy and Discretion

Photus Club values the privacy of its members. Information shared within the club must remain confidential. Photography and video recording require explicit consent from all present.

8. Use of Spaces

Members have access to the Lisbon and Porto clubs according to their tier. Private rooms require prior reservation. The club reserves the right to limit access during private events.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email and will have 14 days to accept or cancel membership.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 on distance contracts, tickets and reservations purchased online can be canceled within 14 days of purchase, except when service provision has already begun with your express consent. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact info@photusclub.com

11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Photus Club is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is collected and processed only for purposes necessary to provide our services. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution and Complaints Book

In case of dispute, consumers can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. For more information, see our Disputes.

We provide the electronic Complaints Book, as required by Portuguese legislation. You can access the online complaints book through the official portal at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
