Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of consumer dispute, consumers can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR), in accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of September 8.

Alternative Dispute Resolution is an extrajudicial procedure, simple, fast, confidential and inexpensive, which allows the resolution of consumer disputes through the intervention of an impartial entity.
